no wallet set — hearts and downvotes need one

• Place a headline — 0.25 USDC to the treasury (or a posting code). It publishes within a minute.
• Hearts are free during beta. A heart raises a headline's HP and its ceiling.
• Downvotes are free too — and earned: one free attack per hour, plus one per buy. One vote per wallet per headline.
• HP is survivability. Support sets the ceiling; time heals toward it (1/hour). Opposition bites −5.
• Zero HP archives a headline — historically visible, never deleted.
• Aggregate limit — no headline can lose more than 60 HP a day, however many wallets push. A swarm is capped at a coalition.
• The thinking tier — the Crystal is still deciding. Its five slots are reserved (⬜) until it commits; the concepts are what it thought.
• Concepts never move money — the Crystal says what it thinks; the crowd says what it supports. Two separate signals.
• No accounts. A wallet is your handle; nothing is stored but the board.
• We can remove and refund anything that breaks the rules.
